I have named this piece Arabian Nights because it reminds me of the illustrations done by Maxfield Parrish.
I made this using 8mm lapis lazuli beads flanked by sterling silver Bali spacers. The groupings of lapis are separated by blue cylinder seed beads with a very shiny pearly finish. The second strand, which is made using the seed beads, is threaded through one of the spacers of the first strand every few inches. The connecting focal is sterling silver. The dangles are continuations of the strands, and 2 of the dangles are enhanced with light amethyst chips. And finally, the piece is finished off with a sterling silver toggle.
The length is 17 inches. The length of the dangle from the top of focal to the bottom of the longest dangle is 4 1/2 inches.
