HUMMINGBIRD IN THE HONEYSUCKLE This beautiful necklace is part of my Summer Garden Charms series. A hovering sterling silver hummingbird is the focal point, looking like he's ready to help himself to the nector of a red flower. Each link in this necklace is made from sterling silver wire, which is strung with Czech fire polished beads, Swarovski siam colored crystals, and round 6mm garnets, then hand wrapped and linked to the next link. The hummingbird is flanked by two Swarovski crystal pearls. The pretty connector underneath the hummingbird is Bali sterling silver with a garnet center. And it is completed with a handmade sterling silver hook clasp. The length of the inside strand is 17 inches, with a 1 inch extender. I have also added a ring for the hook to clasp at 15 inch length, so the necklace can be worn as a choker.
